Then click on "add to shopping bag". A shopping bag pop-up window will appear giving you an overview of all of the items that you have placed in your shopping bag. All orders are processed for shipment within 1-2 business day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Note: During sale periods, while we will endeavor to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the emaill address that you have provided to us.
Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for deliveries which are made between 9am and 6pm.
We regret that we cannot deliver to any PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Any orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.
Orders within the European Union are shipped via our affiliate courier DHL Express while regional orders are shipped with Swumm and ACS. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Greek public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Once the goods have been dispatched and you have received them, you have the right to request an exchange or return. You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received your order to exchange or return any item(s). Please note that the return period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you received the product(s).
To request a return, go to “Submit a Return Request” and sign in to your account or enter your email and order number. Next, select the item(s) you wish to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, Sanguel will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Regarding all swimwear and lingerie, undergarments must be worn whilst trying on any item(s). If such item(s) are returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain intact and bikini top and pant set sizes must match. Returns will not be accepted if: the protective hygiene strip has been removed or altered, bikini set tops and bottoms differ in size, or the item(s) otherwise shows signs of wear.
Customs, duties and other fees applied by countries outside the E.U. may be charged to the customer directly and may not be refundable when an item is returned. Packages returned without the necessary return information or without a proper return authorization label will not be accepted by us. Shipping services may follow specific rules and may discard such packages or consider them unclaimed or rejected.
We do not claim any responsibility for packages that are sent to us without the necessary information or authorization.
While we offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier, please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion, or lead to the closure of your account.

2.1 The use of any of the services provided within the Sanguel website (i.e. creation of an account, purchase of product/s etc), is permitted only to adults over the age of18 years old, with full legal capacity. If you are under 18 years of age, but no less than 16 years old, you are allowed to make use of any of the services provided your parent or guardian has given his/her consent. Those with parental authority should protect juveniles from accessing and using websites that appeal to adults and are solely responsible for this.
2.2 In order to use the online store and its services, you should have internet access and the appropriate telecommunication connections. Please note that the Company relies on other service providers (such as network providers, data centers, telecommunication providers) to make its website and services (including mobile applications) available to you. Whilst the Company takes all reasonable steps available to provide you with a good level of service, the Company does not guarantee that such a service will be always be fault free or uninterrupted. 2.3 The Company informs you about the availability of the products on sale through its online store via the relevant information below the description of each product. In the exceptional circumstance that there is a surprising shortage of product/s, the Company will make every possible effort to make the the product/s directly available. In the meantime, you can register your email address so that you can be notified about the arrival of the selected product/s not available at that time.

3.1 It is not obligatory to create an account in order to browse through the Sanguel Website. However, if you wish to place an order, you must be a registered user or create an account. In order to create an account, you must provide the requested date, i.e. your name, surname, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email.
By creating an account, the requested personal data and addresses will be saved, so you don’t have to re-enter them every time you place an order.

• CREDIT CARDS
When Clients place orders online, Credit Card details are entered into a protected online banking system provided by Viva Wallet.
Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are accepted.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Sanguel Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security as all transactions are processed using a secure server.
None of our employees, agents or partners will ask for nor accept credit, debit or prepaid card numbers and expiration dates.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. When the order is confirmed, the Credit Card will be charged for the available items, which will be then shipped.
Sanguel accepts payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if they are shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
• PAYMENT USING A GIFT CARD/PROMOTION CODE
You can make purchases by using a gift card or promotion code. During the check out enter your Gift Card/store credit/promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the balance of your store credit or Gift Card, or the promotion/gift card amount, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the balance on your Gift Card or store credit exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The remaining amount will be available until your credit balance has been used up completely.
• FIRST-TIME CLIENTS
We would like to remind our new clients that Sanguel can request a third party, autonomous data controller, to verify the transaction. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Sanguel also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
5.1 It is not obligatory to create an account in order to browse through the Sanguel Website. If you wish to place an order, you must be a registered user or create an account. In order to create an account, you must provide the requested date, i.e. your name, surname, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, while the items in your Shopping Basket are not considered as reserved and may be purchased by other consumers.
5.2 In order to make an order as a retail consumer, you first have to choose the product/s you want and add them to your Shopping Basket.
Once your selection of product/s has been made and is complete, you will be automatically transported to the “Checkout” page, where the exact purchase price will appear. Delivery costs are not included in the above – mentioned price, but will be calculated and show up on th screen before the final payment.
5.3 Sanguel ships internationally using DHL, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses
Please also be aware that additional sales taxes, custom duties, and handling costs will be charged by DHL on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as non-European Union (EU) countries are concerned and will not be refunded by our Company in the case that the goods are returned.
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
5.4 We constantly update and revise our offerings of products, and we may discontinue products at anytime, without notice. The pricing of the products for sale is subject to change. For all our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to market condition changes, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
5.5 From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the current price, at the time your order is accepted.
5.6 A tracking order system is available so that you can track the status of an order at any given time via the Company’s cooperating transport and courier company which is DHL. The Company will rely on DHL's tracking devices to inform you on the progress of the delivery.
6.1 Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please be aware that this email is not an acceptance of your order, it is just a confirmation that we have received it.
6.2 Unless you cancel your order within 3 (3) hours, the acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm your order (order confirmation email). Neither our third-party payment processor nor DHL have the authority to accept an order on our behalf. If you do not receive such an email within two (2) business days after your order, you are required to contact us at email@example.com.
6.3 We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out herein.
6.4 Whilst every effort is made to make sure that all details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error, e.g. in the pricing or the description of the products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. We will inform you about the correct price and if it is not accepted by you, we reserve the right to cancel such an order even if it has been accepted or is in transit. If you have already paid for the product/s, we will refund the full amount.
7.1 The payment of the product/s selected by you will be made on the same date with the date you receive the order confirmation email. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Athens, Greece and the language of the contract is English.
7.2 You may pay your order via a credit/debit/prepaid card through the SSL Security and Technology Protocol, or your Paypal account. Once you submit your credit/debit/prepaid card details you guarantee that you are the lawful owner of the card that you are using in order to make a purchase from the online store or that you have been specifically authorized to use it by the owner of the credit/debit/prepaid card. 8.1 Once you make your order, you will receive the order confirmation email and you complete the relevant payment, your order will be delivered to the indicated shipping address according to the provisions of DHL. Upon your receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. 8.3 DHL informs us about the delivery of your order and its status by sending us the relevant tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the use of the tracking number.
8.4 The time of delivery of your order is subject to changes that constitute force majeure events such as bad weather conditions, strikes, war, pandemic, etc., whereby in every circumstance you will be informed through an e-mail. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
8.5 Signing the document of delivery and showing your official identification are prerequisites in order to receive your package.

Types of Returns
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
• The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
• Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, therefore all goods must be returned in the same parcel
Swimwear and Lingerie
For all swimwear and lingerie, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the top and pant sizes of bikini sets must match. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered, the top and pant sizes of bikini sets differ, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL, ACS or Svuum)
• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
Customs, duties and other fees applied for countries outside the E.U may be charged to the customer directly and may not be refundable when an item is returned. If we use the term "our Group", this means us and our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries (or any of them). The term "our online services" refers to Sanguel.com, our mobile and tablet applications, our pages on third party social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ and any other websites or apps we own or run from time to time.
